Team Olympics

Teams gather, create their flag and are off to compete in the mother of all Olympic challenges.  Which team will win Gold, Silver or Bronze?  That depends on strategy, teamwork and maybe even a little bit of luck. This fast-paced but friendly event is designed to build camaraderie through a series of hilarious exercises designed to bring out the best in each team while having an absolute blast.

See Quest

Part Scavenger Hunt, Part Acts of Kindness, Part Trivia and a WHOLE lotta fun!  Send your teams on an exciting Quest to find items and perform tasks that earn them points, all the while enjoying the great outdoors and interesting areas that tourists pay big money to flock to every year.  If you are a local, not a problem because they will notice and see things that they have walked by and never even knew were there.  The Fun Zone, Seaport Village, Long Beach Pike area,  Zoo’s, Museums… any interesting area can be a Quest Location.  End at a local restaurant to wrap up the day with food and libations, and to see who the winners are.  Photo ops give us the material to create a cool slideshow for you to remember all the fun your team enjoyed.  Hi-Tech or good old paper-based options.

Duffy Dash

Who doesn’t want to spend a few hours on the pristine water gently motoring around in a Duffy Boat?!  During this challenge, each team has their own Duffy and Driver and a series of mind-twisting and interesting challenges to solve.  We can provide food and beverages during the journey or even dock at a local restaurant where you can continue the fun and bonding.

Float Your Boat

Ahoy Matie!  Pirates Unite.  Cardboard, Duct Tape and good ol’ fashioned ingenuity is all that’s required to turn these items into a fun, frolicking and fantastic event.  Build your vessel, decorate it and then Sail it in the local harbor or pool.  Which boat is seaworthy enough to make it to the finish line first?
We shall sea!  Arrrrgh!

 

Food Fiesta

Few things bring people together like food and drink.  Food events can give the group the team building you desire while acting as a meal or cocktail hour for networking for an even deeper connection. Check your team’s culinary prowess and let them taste the fruits of their labor in a variety of challenging and different options.  Salsa and Margarita challenge?  Blind Food Tasting Challenge? Want to create an entire meal and then dine together? We have options.

Make Some Noise

Music makes the world go round or so they say.  How about some rousing rounds of Boom Whackers Symphony to get your people pumped and excited?  Teams work together to create their very own wall of sound.  Even musically challenged people to enjoy the energy and light-hearted fun that becoming an Orchestra can create.  Sooo.. let’s get ready to make some noise!   Boom Whackers is just ONE of the many Quick Energizers that we offer to kick off or end your meeting day or event.

Culture Sand Sculpture

Ahhhh…  a day at the beach.  Waves crashing,  soft sand and your team ready to put their inner child back into play.  We work with you to come up with a theme for the day and then unleash the “kids”  with pails and tools to create the most amazing Sand Sculpture imaginable.  Planning, Creativity, Unity, and teamwork combine for some awesome and sometimes unexpected flashes of brilliance that will definitely make you proud.   Surf, Sun, Sand…what could be better than a day together like this?

Low Ropes

Pull the entire team together for this one.  Teams work through the most challenging obstacles imaginable to see what they are REALLY made of. Trust, Communication, planning, Leadership, this event hits it all…hard!  Originally designed for the military, there are no Drill Sargeant here, just the most skilled facilitator to guide your team to their personal best.  Few things unite a team like the victory they experience together on a Low Ropes Course.
